Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh loyalitas terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV Lensa Informatika Surabaya dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 35 orang. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengaruh loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan dan terdapat pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawanKeywords: kinerja, koompensasi, loyalitasAbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) To determine the effect of loyalty on Employee Performance (2) To determine the effect of compensation on Employee Performance. The results of the study show that there is an influence of loyalty on employee performance and there is an effect of compensation on employee performance
