<![CDATA[This research is to test and analyze: (1) The effect of educational level on employee performance. (2) The effect of training on employee performance. (3) The effect of the level of education and training simultaneously on the work performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit-PS Tompobulu 1 Maros Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using exact science, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis.
