Abstract

Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Staff. Human resources or employees must always be considered, maintained, and maintained, and developed by the organization. Therefore, the administrative staff is valuable assets owned by tertiary institutions in carrying out institutional duties based on the tri dharma of tertiary institutions. Descriptive research was conducted by interview and questionnaire distribution, while the Transformational Leadership variable with indicators of Idealized influence, Inspirational motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized consideration or individualized attention, all had gone well. With these results, this study is in line with Bass (1985) in Yukl (2013, p.313) that transformational leadership is a condition where followers of a transformational leader feel trust,  admiration, loyalty, and respect for the leader, and they are motivated to do more than they initially expected. This condition is reflected in academic life at Makassar Islamic University which has a woman leader.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Wajo Regency. The research was conducted for 1 (one) month, from April to June 2022. The objective to be achieved in this study is to determine the form of vegetable marketing that has been applied in Wajo Regency, This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. namely through interviews to respondents in a structured manner using a questionnaire or list of questions that have been prepared in advance and through observation, namely data collection using direct observation of the use of digitalization through the marketplace at the research location. The results of descriptive analysis show that the perception of vegetable farmers towards the application of the marketplace in Gilireng and Belawa Districts, Wajo Regency is in the "very high" criteria with a percentage of vegetable farmers' perceptions of 90.77%

Abstract

This research is to test and analyze: (1) The effect of educational level on employee performance. (2) The effect of training on employee performance. (3) The effect of the level of education and training simultaneously on the work performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit-PS Tompobulu 1 Maros Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using exact science, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The time used in this study was one month from January 2023 from the issuance of the permit. study. The results of the study show that: (1) The level of education has a significant effect on employee performance, with t count = 5, 972 > t table 1.671 and a significance of 0.000. (2) Training has a significant effect on employee performance, with t count = 7.568 > t table 1.671 and a significance of 0.000. (3) The level of education and training simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance, with f count = 261.908 > f table 3.16, and a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengetahui Implementasi strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan Supercab Pada PT. Auto Indo Utama (Dongfeng Sokonindo) Makassar, (2) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penjualan Supercab Pada PT. Auto Indo Utama (Dongfeng Sokonindo) Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Auto Indo Utama (DFSK) Makassar yang terletak di Jl.Urip Sumoharjo KM.7, Tello Baru Panakukang Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan Supercab Pada PT. Auto Indo Utama (Dongfeng Sokonindo) Makassar dilakukan dengan menggunakan pola perencaaan yang baik, Menggunakan strategi pemasaran Sales Marketing. (2) faktor pendukung penjualan Supercab Pada PT. Auto Indo Utama (Dongfeng Sokonindo) Makassar adalah produk yang di tawarkan memiliki kualitas, harga terjangkau, promosi dan diskon. Faktor penghambat penjualan Supercab Pada PT. Auto Indo Utama (Dongfeng Sokonindo) Makassar adalah persaingan dengan strategi pemasaran online, kekurangan stock produk, dan customer beradadi luar daerah. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Strategi Pemasaran, Penjualan, Supercab.
