<![CDATA[This research is based on the aim of exploring the various opportunities and challenges that affect the integration of ICT in the teaching and learning process of Mathematics at schools and at universities. This study adopted a descriptive survey design. Three questionnaire instruments, structured interviews and observation sheets were used to collect data. This research was conducted in the Micro Teaching class of students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary (Syahada) Padangsidimpuan. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings from the research indicate that, the main challenges faced by students as teacher candidates are developing technological skills and knowledge as well as training in the use of ICT in their teaching. The lack of development support found by research for students contributing in technology to integrate their teaching out of enthusiasm. This study recommends that the integration of technology be accessible to lecturers and students for learning which aims to increase access to information and capacity building for enhanced technology integration for students as teachers and will build awareness among training participants integrating ICT in teaching and learning Mathematics. Keywords: Integration of ICT; Teaching and Learning Mathematics. ]]>
