Abstract

AbstractDuring the COVID-19 pandemic, learning that occurs in schools is carried out online, where teaching and learning activities are currently carried out using various distance learning applications. The main purpose of this research is to see how the learning abilities of 5th graders at SD Negeri 122351 are improved during the pandemic and before the COVID-19 pandemic through a study group program held in the Jalan Naga Bonar area, Pematangsiantar City. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method and uses participatory observation data collection techniques. The results of this study are that the stage of development of grade 5 students during the pandemic experienced a decline in the learning process. With the study group program that has been implemented, it will help the online learning process which is less effective. Keywords: Study Group, Learning, Online AbstrakSelama masa pandemi covid 19 pembelajan yang terjadi di sekolah dilakukan secara daring, dimana dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar yang saat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat bagaimana peningkatan kemampuan belajar siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri 122351 selama masa pandemi dan sebelum adanya masa pandemi covid 19 melalui program kelompok belajar yang dilaksanakan di daerah Jalan Naga Bonar Kota Pematangsiantar. Metode yang dipakai didalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data  observasi  partisipatif.  Hasil penelitian ini yaitu tahap perkembangan siswa kelas 5 selama masa pandemi mengalami penurun dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan adanya program kelompok belajar yang telah dilaksanakan maka akan membantu proses pembelajaran daring yang kurang efektif. Kata Kunci: Kelompok Belajar, Pembelajaran, Daring

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of writing this article is to determine the implementation of Islamic religious education curriculum management in fulfilling process and graduate standards. This research method uses a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis related to how the implementation of Islamic religious education curriculum management in fulfilling process standards and graduate standards. The results of this study indicate that the management of the implementation of Islamic religious education curriculum management in meeting process standards and graduates are said to be running well. Including planning, implementation, classification, and evaluation, everything is implemented properly in accordance with appropriate procedures and guidelines. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced are still the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure so in the future, it is necessary to increase attention to adequate facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: Manajemen; Kurikulum; Standar Proses. AbstrakTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam dalam pemenuhan standar proses dan lulusan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif terkait dengan bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam dalam pemenuhan standar proses dan standar lulusan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam dalam pemenuhan standar proses dan lulusan dikatakan berjalan dengan baik. Termasuk dari perencanaannya, pelaksanaannya, pengkasifikasian, serta evaluasi semuanya diterapkan dengan baik sesuai dengan prosedur dan panduan yang tepat. Sedangkan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi masih kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai sehingga ke depan perlu ditingkatkan perhatiannya pada sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.Kata kunci: Manajemen; Kurikulum; Standar Proses.

Abstract

AbstractReading writing early is a stage of the learning process for early grade elementary school students. Students learn to gain skills and master reading and writing techniques and capture the content of reading well. Therefore teachers need to design the learning of reading writing early well so as to grow the habit of reading as something fun. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to see and describe the role of classroom teachers to shape the character of students at SD Negeri 010097 Kisaran Asahan. It was found that there are four roles of classroom teachers in shaping the character of students at SD Negeri 010097 Kisaran, Asahan Regency, namely: teachers as models and role models, mentors, directors and evaluators. Then the obstacles faced by classroom teachers in shaping the character of students at SD Negeri 010097 Kisaran, Asahan Regency, namely internal factors consisting of a lack of student interest in the learning process and not concentrating in learning. while external factors consist of unsupportive backgrounds because students come from different backgrounds, unsupportive school environment, community environment and lack of facilities and infrastructure in schools. Keywords: The Role of Teachers, Character Building, Students. AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat dan mendeskripsikan peran guru kelas untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik di SD Negeri 010097 Kisaran Asahan. Ditemukan Peran Guru Kelas dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di SD Negeri 010097 Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan ada empat yaitu: guru sebagai model dan teladan, pembimbing, pengarah dan evaluator. Kemudian Kendala yang dihadapi Guru Kelasdalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di SD Negeri 010097 Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan yaitu faktor internal yang terdiri dari kurangnya minat belajar peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran dan tidak konsentrasi dalam belajar. sedangkan faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari latar belakang yang kurang mendukung karena peserta didik berangkat dari latar belakang yang berbeda-beda, lingkungan sekolah yang kurang mendukung, lingkungan masyarakat dan kurangnya sarana dan prasana di sekolah.  Kata Kunci: Peran Guru, Pembentukan Karakter, Peserta Didik.

Abstract

AbstractIslam strongly encourages the education of women both in the religious and social fields. Cultural education and training are considered as an integral dimension of social development. There is no priority for men over women in relation to the right to education. Both of them were encouraged to get education, as already said, 'from the cradle to the grave'. Indeed, all the verses of the Qur'an that are related to education and those that advocate for the acquisition of knowledge are directed to both men and women. In accordance with the commands of the Koran and Hadiths encouraging women to develop all aspects of their personality, it is believed that an educated Muslim woman must not only emit moral qualities in her home environment, but she must also have an active role in the broad fields of social, economic development and politics. Abstract

AbstractThe background of this study aims to determine how the description in cycle I and cycle II in an effort to improving the quality of the student learning outcomes (interest) on multicultural subjects using video media for classes IV at SDN 347 Batahan Mandailing Natal. Researchers also aims to determine changes after carrying out a cycle in the learning process so that the quality of the student learning outcomes increases with multicultural subjects using video media. The problems discussed in this thesis are how the students' interest in learning on multicultural subjects at SDN 347 Batahan, because in this school it seems clear that there is a lack of student interest in learning when attending lessons without any media assistance and is more related to Citizenship Education subjects so that students will tend to saturated. So the researcher is interested in conducting this research with the help of video media that is displayed on each material and in class meetings, so the researcher can see changes in student interest when carrying out the learning process from before. This researcher uses a qualitative type of classroom action research (CAR) model conducted at SDN 347 Batahan Mandailing Natal and the data collection instruments used were tests, observations, and interviews. To obtain data in this study, field research was carried out. Based on the discussion and research results, it can be seen that using video media on multicultural subjects to increase interest in learning at first can be assessed as less. However, the existence of this Classroom Action Research makes student interest in learning increase, this can be stated by an increase in interest in learning based on test results and observations. The results of student learning tests in the first cycle an average of 62.28% in the second cycle an average of 82.57%. While the results of observations on the teacher at each meeting in the first cycle of meeting I an average of 60% in the second meeting 75% and in the second cycle of the first meeting an average of 85%, the second meeting an average of 90%. Thus there is an increase in interest in learning in each cycle. Keywords: Quality Learning Outcomes, Video Media

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the use of the Action Application (Indonesian Student Competency Assessment) in SD Negeri 130002 Kec. Sei Tualang Raso, Tanjung Balai City. Where the research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The population of this study were teachers and students at SD 130002 while the sample of this study was 21 people who were willing to be interviewed directly. The object of research is learning outcomes. The data collection technique used is in the form of direct in-depth interviews. The results of the research are summarized into three components, namely (1) understanding, (2) acceptance, and (3) effectiveness. The analysis in the use of applications is divided into 2 categories, namely the analysis of the implementation of the use of applications for 6 teachers in understanding and using applications by 80% and implementation of the use of the application to 21 students by 45%. With the AKSI application, it can improve students' abilities in literacy and numeracy subjects and facilitate teaching and learning activities with teachers. Keywords: Effective, AKSI (Indonesian Student Competency Assessment) Application, Students, Teachers  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan Aplikasi Aksi ( Assessment Kompetensi Siswa Indonesia ) di SD Negeri 130002 Kec. Sei Tualang Raso, Kota Tanjung Balai. Dimana Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualtatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru serta siswa di SD 130002 sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 21 orang yang bersedia diwawancarai secara langsung. Objek penelitian adalah hasil belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berupa wawancara mendalam secara langsung. Hasil penelitian yang di rangkum menjadi tiga komponen yaitu (1) pemahaman, (2) Penerimaan, dan (3) efektifitas, Analisis dalam penggunaan aplikasi dibagi dalam 2 kategori yaitu analisis pelaksanaan penggunaan aplikasi terhadap 6 guru dalam memahami dan menggunakan aplikasi sebesar 80% dan pelaksanaan penggunaan aplikasi terhadap 21 siswa sebesar 45%. Dengan adanya aplikasi AKSI  dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mata pelajaran literasi dan numerasi siswa dan mempermudah kegiatan proses belajar mengajar dengan guru. Kata kunci : Efektif, Aplikasi AKSI (Assesmen Kompetensi Siswa Indonesia), Siswa, Guru

Abstract

 The background of this research stems from the results of interviews with teachers and students in class V SDN 200507 Padangsidimpuan about learning motivation. Some indicators of learning motivation have not been met in Indonesian lessons. One of the causes is the methods used by teachers have shortcomings in increasing learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to increase students' motivation with the quantum teaching model in learning Indonesian in class V at SDN 200507 Padangsidimpuan. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles. The data collection instruments in this study were questionnaires. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SDN 200507 Padangsidimpuan, totaling 23 people. The results of the learning motivation questionnaire showed that the learning motivation in the fifth grade of SDN 200507 Padangsdimpuan in Indonesian subjects had increased. The average student learning motivation before learning using the quantum teaching model or pre-cycle is in the medium category, with an average score of 52.13. In the first cycle, the higher learning motivation is in the high category, with a score of 63.95. In the second cycle, learning motivation increased to a very high category with an average score of 68.86. Based on the research results, the quantum teaching learning model can increase learning motivation in learning Indonesian in class V SDN 200507 Padangsidimpuan. Keywords: Quantum Teaching, Learning Motivation, Indonesian.

AbstractThe use of instructional media is very useful to complement students' understanding or understanding of the material being taught and the principle is to increase the effectiveness and smooth running of the learning process. The function of or benefits from the application of learning media in learning mathematics are: With the teaching aids, children will be morehappy to follow mathematics lessons, so that their interest in learning mathematics will increase. Children will be aroused, happy, interested and have a positive attitude towards maths lessons. By presenting abstract mathematical concepts in concrete form, students at lower levels will find it easier to understand and understand. Learning media can help the visibility of space, because they do not imagine geometric shapes, especially spatial geometric shapes, so that through pictures and real objects their discerning power will be helped so that they will be more successful in learning. Abstract

Abstract Quality education comes from the quality of the teachers. Especially the competence of teachers from the professional, pedagogical, moral, and social aspects. Competent teachers are seen from their performance results, while to realize quality performance, motivation is needed from the principal. This study aimed to look at the leadership attitude of school principals in improving the quality of education during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample was teachers at SDN 200212/2 Padangsidimpuan schools, and the sample was determined using a random sampling technique. They are collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis used descriptive statistics using the 2022 version of STATCAL software. The study results describe that the leadership attitude carried out by the principal of SDN 200212/2 Padangsidimpuan city, North Sumatra province is excellent at 93% based on responses from 20 teachers. Meanwhile, teachers who are in a neutral position see only 5% of the principal's leadership, and 2% of teachers think that the principal rarely rewards work performance. It is never fair to give sanctions to subordinates who fail to carry out their duties. Keywords: Principal, quality of education, COVID-19 pandemic Abstrak Pendidikan yang bermutu berasal dari kualitas gurunya. Terutama kompetensi guru dari aspek profesional, pedagogi, moral kerja, dan sosialnya. Guru yang berkompetensi dilihat dari hasil kinerjanya, sedangkan untuk mewujudkan kinerja yang bermutu perlu motivasi dari kepala sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat sikap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif. Sampelnya adalah guru-guru di sekolah SDN 200212/2 Padangsidimpuan, sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran likert. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif menggunakan software STATCAL versi 2022. Hasil penelitian menguraikan bahwa sikap kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SDN 200212/2 kota Padangsidimpuan provinsi Sumatera Utara sangat baik berada pada persentase 93% berdasarkan respon dari 20 guru. Sedangkan guru yang berada pada posisi netral melihat kepemimpinan kepala sekolah hanya 5% dan 2% lagi guru berpendapat bahwa kepala sekolah jarang memberikan penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja serta tidak pernah adil memberikan sanksi kepada bawahan yang lalai melaksanakan tugas. Kata kunci: Kepala sekolah, mutu pendidikan, pandemi COVID-19
