<![CDATA[This research aim to describe the differences in science process skill of SMAN 2 Pontianak student’s before and after the guided discovery learning model is applied. This research method was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The study sample were the students of XI MIA 2 that was determined by Purposive sampling techniques. Science process skill test used as a data collector. After the data were done, the pretest result showed that the students’ science process skill was in the category of very less, less, good enough, good and excellent, respectively are 23,68%, 55,26%, 18,42%, 2,63%, and 0%, whereas the posttest result showed that students’ science process skill was in the category of very less, less, good enough, good and excellent, respectively are 0%, 2,63%, 10,52%, 55,26%, and 31,57%. The Wilcoxon test result obtained value Asymp. sig. ((2-tailed) .000 indicating that there is a difference in student science process skill before and after the guided discovery learning model is applied.Keywords: Guided Discovery, Science Process Skill, Learning model]]>
