<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the strengthening of character education through a prophetic management model within the Raudlatul Ulum Sukowono Jember Islamic Boarding School. The prophetic management model is an approach inspired by the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and integrates Islamic principles into the educational process. The type of research in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document analysis. This research was conducted at the Raudlatul Ulum Sukowono Islamic Boarding School, Jember, with 1 tutor, 1 teacher, and 2 alumni students as subjects. The research findings show that the prophetic management model is effective in strengthening character education at the Raudlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School through 4 programs, 1) namely Islamic values-based curriculum, 2) leadership development, 3) application of adab, and 4) morals and spiritual guidance. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui model manajemen profetik di lingkungan Pesantren Raudlatul Ulum Sukowono Jember. Model manajemen profetik adalah pendekatan yang terinspirasi oleh kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW dan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip Islam ke dalam proses pendidikan. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Raudlatul Ulum Sukowono Jember dengan subyek 1 orang pengasuh pondok, 1 orang ustadz, dan 2 alumni peserta didik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model manajemen profetik efektif dalam memperkuat pendidikan karakter di Pesantren Raudlatul Ulum melalui 4 program, yaitu 1) kurikulum berbasis nilai-nilai islam, 2) pengembangan kepemimpinan, 3) penerapan adab, dan 4) akhlak serta bimbingan spiritual. ]]>
