<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengawasan Inspektorat Kabupaten Barru dalam mewujudkan tata pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Metode penelitian menggunakan tipe penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Optimalisasi Pengawasan Inspektorat Kabupaten Barru dalam mewujudkan tata pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) telah dilaksanakan dengan mempedomani ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, namun pelaksanaannya tidak optimal. Karena ditemukan fakta bahwa rendahnya tingkat kapabilitas serta jumlah APIP Inspektorat Kabupaten Barru yang mengakibatkan penerapan SPIP tidak berjalan sesuai denga apa yang di harapkan; 2). Faktor yang mempengaruhi Optimalisasi Pengawasan Inspektorat Kabupaten Barru dalam mewujudkan tata pemerintahan yang baik (good governance), adalah: adanya faktor peraturan perundang-undangan, faktor peranan APIP, dan faktor sarana dan prasarana. The research objective is to analyze the supervision of the Inspectorate of Barru Regency in realizing good governance and the influencing factors. The research method uses an empirical research type. The research results show that: 1). Optimizing Supervision of the Inspectorate of Barru Regency in realizing good governance has been carried out by referring to the provisions of laws and regulations, but the implementation is not optimal. Due to the fact that the low level of capability and the number of APIP Inspectorate of Barru Regency was found, the implementation of the SPIP did not work as expected; 2). Factors that influence the Optimization of Barru Regency Inspectorate Supervision in realizing good governance, are the presence of laws and regulations, the role of APIP, and facilities and infrastructure factors.]]>
