<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas BNPT dalam penanggulangan terorisme berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 46 Tahun 2010 dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan tugas BNPT berdasarkan Perpres Nomor 46 Tahun 2010 secara umum telah terlaksana secara efektif sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dalam aturan perundang-undangan. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan tugas BNPT dalam pemberantasan terorisme yaitu faktor substansi hukum, faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana atau fasilitas, faktor masyarakat, dan faktor budaya. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of carrying out the duties of the BNPT in countering terrorism based on Presidential Regulation Number 46 of 2010 and the influencing factors. This research is empirical legal research. The results of the research show that the implementation of the duties of the BNPT based on Presidential Decree Number 46 of 2010 has generally been carried out effectively in accordance with what is expected in the laws and regulations. The factors that influence the implementation of the BNPT's duties in eradicating terrorism are legal substance factors, law enforcement factors, facilities or facilities, community factors, and cultural factors.]]>
