<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis penerapan e-tilang pada Satuan polisi lalu lintas Polrestabes Kota Makassar, dan menganalisis kendala-kendala dalam penerapan e-tilang pada Satuan polisi lalu lintas Polrestabes Kota Makassar. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian hukum empiris dan dilakukan di Wilaya Hukum Kota Makassar tepatnya di Instansi Polrestabe Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1. Efektivitas Penerapan E-Tilang yang diterapkan oleh Satlantas Polrestabes Makassar, sudah mengalami peningkatan dari awal mula penerapannya namun peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa Sistem Penerapannya masih kurang Efektif dikarenakan terdapat beberapa kendala didalam penerapannya. 2. Kendala Penerapan: Sosialisasi belum maksimal, Kendaraan yang menggunakan PLAT palsu/gantung, Tidak menggunakan Nomor Plat Polisi, Kendaraan yang telah dijual namun tidak balik nama, Kurangnya pemahaman Hukum Masyarakat. The research objective is to analyze the application of e-tickets to the Traffic Police Unit of the Makassar City Police, and to analyze the obstacles in the application of e-tickets to the Traffic Police Unit of the Makassar City Police. The type of research is empirical legal research and is carried out in the Makassar City Law Area, to be precise at the Makassar Polrestabe Agency. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The effectiveness of the application of E-tickets implemented by the Makassar Polrestabes Traffic Unit has increased from the beginning of its application, but the researchers concluded that the application system is still not effective because there are several obstacles in its application. 2. Obstacles to Implementation: Socialization is not optimal, Vehicles using fake/hanging LICKETS, Not using Police Plate Numbers, Vehicles that have been sold but not renamed, Lack of understanding of Community Law.]]>
