<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Efektivitas Penerapan UU No 16 Tahun 2019 dalam Dispensasi Nikah untuk Pasangan Yang Belum Mencapai usia 19 Tahundi Pengadilan Agama Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian Hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Efektivitas Penerapan UU No 16 Tahun 2019 dalam Dispensasi Nikah untuk Pasangan Yang Belum Mencapai usia 19 Tahun di Pengadilan Agama Maros kurang efektiv dilihat dari banyaknya permohonan yang masuk setelah berlakunya UU No. 16 Tahun 2019.; (2) faktoryang mempengaruhi efektivitas Penerapan UU No 16 Tahun2019 tentang permohonan Pengajuan Dispensasi Nikah di Pengadilan Agama Maros adalah faktor substansi, ekonomi, budaya dan lingkungan sosial. Rekomendasi Penelitian: (1) iharapkan hakim yang menangani permohonan dispensasi perkawinan lebih selektif untuk mengabulkan permohonan atau menolak permohonan dispensasi perkawinan jika tidak ada hal yang mendesak atau tidak memenuhi syarat mencapai tujuan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan. (2) Pemerintah diharapkan aktif mengadakan penyuluhan hukum kepada masyarakat tentang Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan. The research objective to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 16 of 2019 in the marriage dispensation for couples who have not reached the age of 19 at the Maros Religious Court. This research uses the empirical legal research type. The results of this research show that: (1) The effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 16 of 2019 in the Marriage Dispensation for Couples Who Have Not Reached the Age of 19 at the Maros Religious Court is less effective as seen from the number of applications submitted after the enactment of Law No. 16 of 2019.; (2) factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning applications for Marriage Dispensation at the Maros Religious Court are substantive, economic, cultural and social environmental factors. Research Recommendations: (1) It is hoped that judges who handle requests for marriage dispensation will be more selective in granting requests or rejecting requests for marriage dispensation if there are no urgent matters or do not meet the requirements to achieve the objectives of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning amendments to Law Number 1 1974 concerning Marriage. (2) The government is expected to actively provide legal education to the public regarding Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage.]]>
