Analisa Komparasi Biaya dan Waktu pada Pembangunan Bendungan Leuwikeris Ciamis dengan Metode Slope Protection

Pekerjaan perlindungan lereng adalah salah satu pekerjaan yang umum ditemui dalam proyek konstruksi, terutama proyek-proyek infrastruktur, salah satunya adalah Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan Leuwikeris, Ciamis, Jawa Barat. Pada proyek tersebut, pengamanan lereng dilakukan dengan menggunakan shotcrete, namun pada praktiknya, ada beberapa lereng yang terdiri dari tanah yang rawan longsor sehingga penggunaan shotcrete tidak dianjurkan. Pada akhirnya, digunakan lah metode Erotion Control, menggantikan metode shotcrete untuk perlindungan lereng pada lereng yang rawan longsor. Metode Erotion Control ini ternyata membutuhkan waktu yang lebih singkat daripada shotcrete yaitu 228,21 m2/hari untuk erotion control dan 132,88 m2/hari untuk metode Shotcrete. Biaya untuk metode erotion control memang lebih besar daripada metode shotcrete, namun disisi lain, memberikan nilai keuntungan yang lebih besar untuk perusahaan. Kata kunci: Perlindungan lereng, Bendungan Leuwikeris, Shotcrete, Erotion Control, Biaya Abstract [Cost and Time Comparative Analysis of  Construction of the Leuwikeris Ciamis Dam with Slope Protection Methods ] Slope protection work is one of the jobs commonly encountered in construction projects, especially infrastructure projects, one of which is the Leuwikeris Dam Development Project, Ciamis, West Java. In this project, slope protection was carried out using shotcrete, however in practice, there are several slopes consisting of lands that are prone to landslides so the use of shotcrete is not recommended. In the end, the Erotion Control method was used, replacing the shotcrete method for slope protection on landslide prone slopes. This Erotion Control method needs a shorter time than the shotcrete method, namely 228.21 m2/day for erotion control and 132.88 m2/day for shotcrete method. The cost for the erotion control method is greater than the shotcrete method, but on the other hand, it provides a greater profit for the company. Keywords: Slope protection, Leuwikeris Dam, Shotcrete, Erotion Control, Cost
