Korelasi Pemberian Motivasi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Pengalaman Guru Membangun Relationship Dengan Siswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi pemberian motivasi kepala sekolah terhadap pengalaman guru bahasa Indonesia dalam membangun relationship dengan siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian survey. Besar sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 234 guru bahasa Indonesia jenjang sekolah menangah atas yang tersebar di wilayah Kabupaten kota Sumbawa Besar. Data diambil menggunakan kusioner dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik uji rho spearman. Dari hasil analisis persentase tingkat capaian responden bahwa guru bahasa Indonesia di Kabupaten sumbawa sudah menerapkan relationship terhadap siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan kategori baik pada semua indikator yang dilihat. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya korelasi yang postif antara pemberian motivasi kepala sekolah terhadap guru untuk membangun relationship dengan siswa. Adanya hubungan korelasi ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Kedua variabel ini memiliki tingkat keterhubungan sedang dengan nilai correlations coefesiennya sebesar 0,625. Sementara  itu, arah hubungan kedua variable menjukkan arah postif atau searah.This study aims to analyze the correlation of giving motivation to the principal of the Indonesian language teacher's experience in building teacher-student relationships. The type of research used is survey research. The sample size used in the study was 234 top grade Indonesian language teachers spread across the district of Sumbawa Besar. Data was taken using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Spearman test statistic. From the results of the analysis of the proportion of the respondent's level of achievement, the Indonesian language teacher in Sumbawa Regency has implemented relationships with students in learning with good categories on all indicators seen. This happens because there is a positive correlation between the motivation of the principal to the teacher to build relationships with students. The existence of this correlation is indicated by a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000. These two variables have a moderate level of connectedness with a correlation coefficient of 0.625. Meanwhile, the direction of the relationship between the two variables shows a positive or unidirectional direction.
