This research aims to determine the effect of a project-based learning model assisted by comic media on ecosystem material on biology students' science process skills. This research methodology uses quantitative methods with experimental research type with pretest posttest nonequivalent control group design. The research population was the entire remaining class X of MA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan, totaling 58 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and tests. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests. The research results showed that hypothesis testing was carried out using Hypothesis testing, namely the results of data analysis where in the experimental class T count T table, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, whereas in the control class T count < T table then Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. and it can be concluded from this research that there is an influence of project based learning assisted by comic media on the science process skills of biology students in class X SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan.
