<![CDATA[This research aims to (1) develop academic responsibility for grade VIII students of SMP Negeri II Pulau Morotai, (2) level of academic responsibility for grade VIII students of SMP Negeri II Pulau Morotai. (3) Knowing the tendency of student learning discipline in SMP Negeri 2 Pulau Morotai. This type of research is research and development (non-test instrument). Once the instrument is compiled it is followed by the process of developing a qualified instrument. then continued with the reliability test, and the final measurement of the value of students' academic responsibility with the final instrument. The instrument for measuring the value of student responsibility has met the requirements of item validity, construct validity and reliability, and produced 25 questionnaires, and has a Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value of 0.752 with a Bartlents test probability of 0.000 with a reliability of 0.742 (4) Based on the results of the measurement of responsibility Academic grade VIII students of SMP Negeri II Pulau Morotai. obtained an average score of 81.25, and was declared to be in the high category.]]>
