This research aims to increase student creativity and learning outcomes using the Project Based Learning Model for Class VB SDN Unggulan I Morotai Island. This research uses a classroom action research approach. The data collected in this research is descriptive, namely describing each stage (cycle) carried out. The research results show that the use of the Project Based Learning model for class VB students at SDN Unggulan I Morotai Island can increase student creativity and learning outcomes. The research results showed that students experienced increased creativity and learning outcomes using the Project Based Learning learning model that was applied. In cycle I, it is known that there were 13 students (44.82%) who were declared complete, while the remaining 16 students (55.17%) had not yet achieved completeness out of a total of 29 students. However, in cycle II there was an increase in scores above the average (>70) or it was known that 26 students (89.65%) were declared complete, while it was known that the number of students who had not achieved completeness was 3 students (10.34%) out of a total of 29 student.

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi berdampak pada perubahan cara bermain anak-anak. Sebagian besar anak-anak saat ini lebih menyenangi permainan berbasis gawai. Permainan tradisional sudah tidak lagi dimainkan oleh anak-anak. Hal ini menjadi salah satu sebab permainan tradisional Indonesia perlahan mengalami kepunahan. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada upaya melestarikan permainan tradisional Indonesia yang hampir punah melalui festival permainan tradisional. Metode yang dilakukan pada program pengabdian ini berupa kegiatan festival lomba permainan tradisional antar siswa sekolah dasar yang diikuti sebanyak 36 peserta dari 3 sekolah dasar yang ada di Kab Pulau Morotai. Dengan adanya festival permainan ini anak-anak kembali memainkan permainan tradisional Nusantara. Festival permainan tradisional ini merupakan kegiatan pertama dilakukan di Kab. Pulau Morotai membuat antusias terhadap kegiatan festival ini sangat tinggi sehingga perlu untuk mempromosikan permainan tradisional ke skala yang lebih luas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran peduli lingkungan melalui Gerakan Kolektif Jumat Bersih di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Pasifik (UNIPAS) Morotai. Seluruh dosen dan mahasiswa dari Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris (PBI) dan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada 10 Oktober 2025 di lingkungan kampus FKIP. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi. Aktivitas yang dilakukan meliputi pembersihan area dalam dan luar kampus, pengecatan ruang kuliah, serta edukasi tentang pentingnya green campus bagi keberlanjutan lingkungan akademik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan dampak signifikan terhadap perubahan fisik dan perilaku sivitas akademika. Lingkungan kampus menjadi lebih bersih, tertata, dan nyaman, sementara kesadaran ekologis mahasiswa meningkat melalui praktik langsung dan refleksi bersama. Gerakan ini juga memperkuat nilai gotong royong, kebersamaan, dan tanggung jawab sosial antara dosen dan mahasiswa. Refleksi kegiatan menegaskan bahwa Gerakan Kolektif Jumat Bersih tidak hanya menciptakan kampus yang bersih, tetapi juga membangun budaya akademik yang peduli lingkungan serta menjadi model awal penerapan green campus di FKIP UNIPAS Morotai.

This Integrated Social and Educational-Based Program aimed to enhance community participation and social tolerance in Pilowo Village, South Morotai District, Pulau Morotai Regency. The program was initiated due to limited and sporadic community participation that had not been systematically integrated into village development initiatives. The implementation employed a participatory-collaborative approach through stages of socialization, collective community service activities, educational and recreational events, and a public dialogue session at the end of the program. Evaluation was conducted using mixed methods involving 78 respondents through pre-test and post-test questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussions. The results indicated significant improvements in social participation (M=3.12 to 4.36), social tolerance (M=3.25 to 4.41), and awareness of education and community empowerment (M=3.05 to 4.28) with significance value p<0.001. Qualitative findings revealed strengthened social interaction, cross-group communication, and collective commitment toward program sustainability. The program demonstrates that a structured participatory approach effectively strengthens social capital and supports inclusive and sustainable village development.

This community service activity aims to strengthen the Character Education of elementary school students through the Implementation of Creative Mini Projects Based on Project-Based Learning (PJBL). The problem behind this activity is the continued need to strengthen religious values, discipline, responsibility, awareness of cleanliness, and the development of student creativity. The activity was carried out at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School, Morotai Island using a participatory and collaborative approach involving lecturers and students as facilitators and teachers and students as partners. The implementation method was carried out through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The core activity was a mini drawing and coloring project integrated with religious habits and cleanliness education. The results of the activity showed an increase in student participation, enthusiasm, creativity, and the growth of a sense of responsibility and cooperation. Thus, the implementation of project-based learning through creative activities has proven effective as a strategy to strengthen character education in elementary schools.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat Pendidikan Karakter siswa sekolah dasar melalui Penerapan Projek Mini Kreatif Berbasis Pembelajaran Project-Based Learning (PJBL). Permasalahan yang melatarbelakangi kegiatan ini adalah masih perlunya penguatan nilai religius, disiplin, tanggung jawab, kesadaran kebersihan, serta pengembangan kreativitas siswa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pulau Morotai dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif yang melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai fasilitator serta guru dan siswa sebagai mitra. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan inti berupa projek mini menggambar dan mewarnai yang diintegrasikan dengan pembiasaan keagamaan dan edukasi kebersihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi, antusiasme, kreativitas, serta tumbuhnya sikap tanggung jawab dan kerja sama siswa. Dengan demikian, penerapan pembelajaran berbasis projek melalui kegiatan kreatif terbukti efektif sebagai strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar.

School principal leadership is a strategic determinant of the successful implementation of School-Based Management (SBM), particularly in primary schools located in Indonesia’s Remote, Frontier, and Outermost (3T) regions, where educational development is constrained by limited resources and restricted access to quality educational services. This study aims to examine the characteristics of visionary school leadership, the strategies employed to drive SBM implementation, and their implications for educational quality and school autonomy at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pulau Morotai. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving the principal, teachers, the school committee, parents, and the school supervisor. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, while research trustworthiness was ensured through source, method, and time triangulation, member checking, and an audit trail. The findings reveal that visionary leadership is reflected in the principal’s ability to formulate and communicate a shared vision, foster a collaborative school culture, optimize local resources, and strengthen partnerships with the Muhammadiyah organization, Save the Children, Stimulant Institute, and the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Universitas Pasifik Morotai. These practices enhance SBM implementation, improve teachers’ professional capacity, increase community participation, and strengthen school autonomy. The study contributes to the literature by proposing an Island-Based Collaborative Visionary Leadership Model, demonstrating that effective SBM in 3T regions depends not only on managerial competence but also on social capital, institutional collaboration, and context-responsive educational governance tailored to island communities.

The limited production of scientific publications by teachers in Indonesia's disadvantaged, frontier, and outermost (3T) regions continues to constrain the development of teacher professionalism and a sustainable literacy culture. This community engagement program was designed to strengthen teachers' capacity to produce scientific papers, document evidence-based best practices, and utilize the Education Report Card as a foundation for school improvement planning. The program was implemented over four months through a collaborative partnership involving the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pasifik Morotai, Save the Children, and the Stimulant Institute across 13 partner elementary schools in Pulau Morotai. A participatory and collaborative approach was adopted through In-Service Training (IST), On-Service Training (OST), followed by continuous mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The program substantially improved teachers' competence in academic writing and reflective teaching practices. Overall, 90% of the scientific manuscripts were completed and submitted to national journals, while 12 of the 13 participating schools successfully produced best-practice reports that satisfied the program standards. The mentoring process also fostered professional learning communities that strengthened collaboration among teachers. These findings indicate that sustained collaborative mentoring provides an effective strategy for cultivating teacher literacy and supporting continuous educational quality improvement in 3T regions.

This research aims to (1) develop academic responsibility for grade VIII students of SMP Negeri II Pulau Morotai, (2) level of academic responsibility for grade VIII students of SMP Negeri II Pulau Morotai. (3) Knowing the tendency of student learning discipline in SMP Negeri 2 Pulau Morotai. This type of research is research and development (non-test instrument). Once the instrument is compiled it is followed by the process of developing a qualified instrument. then continued with the reliability test, and the final measurement of the value of students' academic responsibility with the final instrument. The instrument for measuring the value of student responsibility has met the requirements of item validity, construct validity and reliability, and produced 25 questionnaires, and has a Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value of 0.752 with a Bartlents test probability of 0.000 with a reliability of 0.742 (4) Based on the results of the measurement of responsibility Academic grade VIII students of SMP Negeri II Pulau Morotai. obtained an average score of 81.25, and was declared to be in the high category.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of facebook on the academic achievement of students of the PGSD FKIP Study Program, Pacific University of Morotai. The problems in this study are: (1) What is the positive impact of Facebook on the academic achievement of PGSD FKIP Morotai University Pacific University students. (2) What is the negative impact of facebook on the academic achievement of students of the PGSD FKIP Study Program, Pacific University of Morotai. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research which aims to produce data in the form of written words from the person or behavior being observed. The results showed that facebook, in addition to having a positive impact, also had a negative impact on the academic achievement of the students of the PGSD FKIP Study Program, Pacific University of Morotai. The positive impact of facebook on the academic achievement of PGSD FKIP Morotai University study program students is that it can add to students' insights, and can increase achievement. The negative impact of facebook on the academic achievement of students of the PGSD FKIP Study Program, Pacific University of Morotai, is that it results in lazy learning, not focusing when the teaching and learning process takes place, and decreased achievement.
