<![CDATA[Education is the most important and strategic thing in ensuring the survival of the state, because education is a means to increase human creativity, taste and initiative and form a superior personality. Therefore, education plays a very important and strategic role in the process of improving the quality of Human Resources (HR). Thus, that the State Primary School (SD) Featured 3 Morotai Island Regency is one of the public schools located in Sangowo Induk Village, East Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency. From the results of the study where SD Negeri 3, Morotai Island Regency, already has good facilities. Apart from that, the principal at SD Negeri 3, Pulau Morotai Regency, is also more oriented towards procuring facilities and infrastructure in the school. The relationship between the school and the committee and the community is very harmonious, and the cooperation between the principal and the teachers is very good. The principal also always pays attention to the teachers in carrying out learning actions. Based on the results of the study, the quality of education at SD Negeri 3, Morotai Island Regency, is still in the process of developing and improving the quality of education.]]>
