Physical education has an important role in the physical, mental and social development of students in elementary schools. This article examines the characteristics of effective physical education learning at the elementary school level. Through a qualitative approach, this research analyzes teaching methods, curriculum materials, and the role of teachers in creating a supportive learning environment. The research results show that good physical education involves a holistic approach, where students not only learn about physical activity, but also develop social skills and positive values such as cooperation, discipline, and sportsmanship. Apart from that, the importance of adapting the curriculum to students' needs and abilities is also a major highlight. Thus, physical education can contribute significantly to the formation of students' character from an early age.
