Abstract

Skripsi berjudul “Karawitan Tari Bedhaya Kembang Mas Karya Trustho Dalam Ritual Adat Dhaup Ageng di Pura Pakualaman: Kajian Proses Penciptaan dan Struktur Penyajian” ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses kreatif Trustho dalam menciptakan iringan tari serta mendeskripsikan bagaimana struktur penyajian dari Karawitan Tari Bedhaya Kembang Mas. Tari Bedhaya Kembang Mas merupakan salah satu tari tradisi yang berbentuk bedhaya manten dan pertama kali disajikan khusus di Pura Pakualaman. Tari Bedhaya Kembang Mas diciptakan oleh Hermien Kusmayati pada saat pagelaran Dhaup Ageng  tahun 2019 dengan penata iringan Trustho.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan penyampaian data deskriptif analisis. Metode deskriptif analisis merupakan metode yang berfungsi untuk mendeskripsikan serta memberi gambaran terhadap objek yang diteliti melalui data yang telah terkumpul. Metode analisisnya meliputi aspek tekstual dan struktur musikal karawitan tari sebagai bentuk garapan kreatif seniman dan metode penciptaan gending yang berhubungan dengan konteks pertunjukan tari bedhaya.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan kesimpulan bahwa, Karawitan Tari Bedhaya Kembang Mas merupakan hasil kreativitas penciptaan Trustho yang memiliki kebaruan dan keunikan pada motif gerongan, syair gerongan serta struktur penyajian gendhingnya. Struktur penyajian Karawitan Tari Bedhaya Kembang Mas juga berbeda dengan bedhaya pada umumnya. Perbedaan tersebut terdapat pada bagian maju gendhing saat kapang- kapang maju dan pokok beksan Gendhing Kembang Mas.Trustho's Bedhaya Kembang Mas Dance Karawitan In The Traditional Ritual Of Dhaup Ageng At Pakualaman Temple: A Study Of The Creation Process And Presentation StructureThe thesis entitled "Karawitan Dancing Bedhaya Kembang Mas by Trustho in Dhaup Ageng Traditional Rituals at Pakualaman Temple: Study of the Process of Creation and Structure of Presentation" aims to find out how Trustho's creative process is in creating dance accompaniment and to describe how the structure of the presentation of the Karawitan of the Bedhaya Kembang Mas Dance. The Bedhaya Kembang Mas dance is a traditional dance in the form of a bedhaya manten and was first presented specifically at Pakualaman Temple. The Bedhaya Kembang Mas dance was created by Hermien Kusmayati during the 2019 Dhaup Ageng performance with Trustho accompaniment.The method used in this study is qualitative with the delivery of descriptive analysis data. The descriptive analysis method is a method that functions to describe and provide an overview of the object under study through the data that has been collected. The method of analysis includes the textual and musical structure aspects of karawitan dance as a form of creative work by artists and methods for creating gending related to the context of the bedhaya dance performance.The results of this study found the conclusion that, the Karwitan of the Bedhaya Kembang Mas Dance is the result of the creativity of Trustho's creation which has a novelty and uniqueness in the gerongan motif, gerongan poetry and the structure of the piece's presentation. The structure of the presentation of the Bedhaya Kembang Mas Dance Karawitan is also different from the bedhaya in general. The difference is found in the advanced part of the gendhing when it is advanced and the principal parts of the Kembang Mas gendhing.
