<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the increasing human need for technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, especially in the world of education. Technology can be used as a means of developing learning media in the form of electronic modules (e-module). This e-module will also be integrated with Islamic values in order to maximize the positive functions of technology. Students who study through this e-module are expected to not only increase their knowledge but also have commendable morals. The research aims to develop an e-module used Microsoft OneNote software integrated with Islamic values in Kinetic Theory of Gases material in high school. This research uses the Design and Development Research (DDR) research method by adopted the Alessi and Trollip development model. This model consists of 3 stages, namely (1) Planning, (2) Design, and (3) Development. After the e-module was developed, the e-module obtained feasibility test result based on assessments by material experts of 93%, media experts of 96%, Al-Qur’an verse interpretation experts of 94% with very feasible criteria, and the e-module also obtained result of the practicality test were based on an assessment by students of the 83% with practical criteria. So, the research results show that the e-module is declared feasible and practical to used in learning activities.]]>
