This study aims to improve student activities and learning outcomes in the material evaluating dedicated server hosting in class XII TKJ 2 SMKN 1 Cijulang. The method that researchers use is the Classroom Action Research method. The subjects of the study were 38 students of class XII TKJ 2. Research time in the academic year 2022/2023. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four components, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Each cycle uses the snowball throwing learning method. The results showed an increase in the level of student learning completion per cycle, namely with KKM 75 in the pre-cycle students completed there were 11 students or 28.95%, cycle I there were 18 students or 47.37% and in cycle II there were 34 students or 89.47%. This shows what teachers are doing to improve learning outcomes by using the snowball throwing method successfully and achieving the specified indicator of 75%. Implementation of actions to improve the learning outcomes of class XII TKJ 2 SMKN 1 Cijulang students in understanding and analyzing labor problems appropriately using the snowball throwing method in learning basic network and computer techniques
