<![CDATA[Critical thinking ability is considered to be one type of skill that is very essential in the era of technological progress. These skills are the key to creating competitive human resources. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the extent of students' critical thinking skills regarding the global warming phenomenon which has become a global concern. This research used live worksheet-based E-LKPD and involved 15 Phase E students in the eastern area of Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Discovery learning is applied as a learning model. This research is descriptive with quantitative data and adopts a one shot case study model. The thinking ability indicators assessed include the ability to make simple explanations, further explanations, develop strategies, analyze and evaluate. The results of the research show that students' critical thinking skills are at a low level, with analyzing and evaluating occupying the second lowest position. These findings have important implications, especially in the context of physics learning. Therefore, more innovative learning planning is needed to develop students' analysis and evaluation skills by each teacher.]]>
