Trichoderma sp. helps provide nutrients for plants by accelerating the decomposition of organic compounds. This study aims to determine the growth of Pontianak siam orange seedlings on peat soil with the provision of T. harzianum inoculant (R3). The research design used a completely randomised design (CRD) with five treatments, each with four replications. The observation variables were plant height, number of leaves, wet weight and dry weight of plants. Based on ANOVA test, the application of T. harzianum inoculant (R3) had no significant effect on plant height and number of leaves, but had a significant effect on wet weight and dry weight of plants. Giving 50 g of T. harzianum inoculant (R3) was the best treatment for the growth of Pontianak siam orange seedlings.
