Technology 3D Printing used to manufacture machine spare parts products to help maintenance (maintenance). Previous process maintenance took a long time (> 4 days), because we were waiting for samples of gear parts to be made from the vendor. The aim of this research is to make a product prototype gears and fast processing time by determining ideal parameters. This research uses the method Multimedia Development Life Cycle which consists of three stages. Stage 1: concept creation (concept) and Planning (design); In level 2: collection of materials and manufacturing of products and level 3: testing and distribution. This research involved two printing experiments using parameters fill density and layer height. Product printouts prototype with parameters fill density resulting in a fill density of 60% and layer height 0.1 mm shows better strength, so it doesn't break. Printing process with layer height 0.1 takes 228 minutes, so product production is faster than before, four days, so the maintenance process is faster than before.
