ABSTRACTThe cooperative learning model think-pair-share aimed to influence student interaction. The highest scoreof pre-action student’ writing was 65.0, the lowest score 58.3. All students score below the MinimumCriterion Score ≥68. Error writing on mechanical aspects, grammar, vocabulary, developing idea. Increasedin cycle I reaching Minimum Criterion Score: (1) average score on mechanical aspect 65.0; (2) averagescore on grammatical aspects 70.8; (3) average score on idea 83.3; (4) average score on vocabulary 71.4;total mean score in cycle I 74.0. The acquisition of the score was sufficiently completed, so it was decidedending the activities in cycle I.Keywords: cooperative model, writing skill, think-pair-shareABSTRAKModel pembelajaran kooperatif think-pair-share bertujuan untuk memengaruhi pola interaksi mahasiswa.Nilai tertinggi tahap pratindakan mahasiswa menulis karangan dialog 65.0, nilai terendah 58.3. Semuamahasiswa mendapat nilai di bawah nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum ≥68. Kesalahan penulisan padaaspek mekanik, tata bahasa, kosakata, pengembangan ide. Peningkatan siklus I yang mencapai KKM: (1)Nilai rerata pada aspek mekanik 65.0; (2) Nilai rerata pada aspek tata bahasa 70.8; (3) Nilai rerata padaaspek ide 83.3; (4) Nilai rerata pada aspek kosakata 71.4; Total nilai rerata pada siklus I 74.0.
