In general, a lot of work is done by computerization, be it in the corporate environment or in the world of education. This development can be seen from the software side (software) including the operating system and applications that can be run on it, and so is the hardware (hardware), with this research Knowing the traffic, data capacity when sent by the user: creating high security public folders on this system, building mail servers for multiple users, so that there is high security in public folders development of mail servers followed by an active directory which can be set on the domain controller so that user contact information is easily known, this system can monitor traffic, data capacity, user sending.
