Abstract

Cough is one of the most common markers that can provide information in diagnosing a disease. More specifically, cough is a common symptom of many respiratory infections. There are several types of cough, including: dry cough, wet cough (cough with phlegm), croup cough and whooping cough. This study aims to create a system that can classify the sounds of coughing up phlegm, dry cough, whooping cough and croup cough. The system development uses the concept of tiny machine learning. In the system built, Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense is used as a control device and LED is used as an output device. In this study, the classification of dry cough, wet cough, croup cough and whooping cough was performed using the MFCC voice feature extraction. In the process of classifying coughing sounds using the Neural Network Classifier, the system has a percentage of dataset training accuracy from a total of 5 classes (croup, dry, noise, wet, whooping) of 97.1% by applying an epoch value of 500, window size 3000ms and a window increase of 500ms.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all sectors, including the world of education. Learning that has been done using traditional methods such as books has turned to virtual media such as zoom, google meet, and social media. This makes students less interested and feel bored. In addition, the current use of energy sources continues to increase which results in the depletion of energy sources. this is due to a lack of knowledge and awareness regarding renewable energy and energy sources. In this study, we used a participatory design method that involved teachers and students in collecting data that was relevant to everyday life. We also conducted interviews and asked students and teachers about their study habits and the meaning of renewable energy and their daily life related to energy, the impressions they have of attending classes, and any opinions for further improvement.This method is proven to help provide outstanding results in decision-making to build gamification applications as learning media that can attract interest and motivation to learn for students, especially junior high school students. As a result of the analysis of students' understanding and concern about renewable energy, it was analyzed as "enough" with a percentage of 57.1%. Based on the results of research and student opinions, we would like to suggest that there must be the development of learning methods or alternative media such as gamification for junior high school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Implementasi Algoritma FP-Growth pada E-commerce menggunakan metode Business to Consumer (B2C) khusus kopi Pagar Alam Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya daya jual kopi selama pandemi, dimana proses penjualan kopi yang hanya sebatas lokal sehingga dibutuhkan E-commerce yang membantu proses transaksi jual beli yang leboh kompleks. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan Rapid, Application dan Development. E-commerce ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP 7 yang include dengan framework Codeigniter 3 dengan menggunakan API raja ongkir dan virtual payment menggunakan Midtrans. Hasil penelitian ini adalah E-commerce dinyatakan layak pada uji alpha yakni Ahli Database, Interface, Fungsional dan Algoritma dengan nilai rata-rata 3,8 sehingga Layak di implementasikan dan pada uji betha ke 10 user didapatkan skor 4,3 dengan kategori sangat valid selanjutnya pada pengujian algoritma FP-Growth pada aspek Pengelompokan dan penyeleksian data dinyatakan berhasil sehingga disimpulkan bahwa E-commerce Kopi Pagar Alam layak dan sangat valid untuk di implementasikan sebagai start-up bisnis bagi petani.

Abstract

Computer Laboratory serves as the place to conduct experimentation in regards to Computer System. During the practical or experimentation, it is not rare to see the confusion or misunderstanding of what to do or what is needed. This problem comes from lack of knowledge and how one or more dsvice is identical to another. With the development of technology, the new method using machine learning is made for soving these problems. The system with You Only Look Once method will detect the device on camera, and then showing the file that contains datasheet explaining what that device is and how to use it. This system can also be used at anytime so everyone can learn through it and improves the efficieny of the study.

Abstract

The global economic growth heavily lies on the manufacturing sector. However, over the past decade, manufacturing sector in general has been facing a serious production downturn, hence, operating below its capacity mostly due to its inefficient and ineffective production system. Additionally, due to failure for manufacturing sector to constantly measure, develop and implement novel approaches in order to make sure it positions itself for economic growth as well as unlocking new opportunities within the ever-changing and complex worldwide market environment. However, ss of 2011, Industrial revolution 4.0 seems to have been a crucial factor in reshaping the sociological, economic, and technological landscape. Businesses associated with exposure to continuous digital transformation are able to capitalize on Industrial revolution 4.0 potential but are also compelled to deal with various impediments. Yet, research on the opportunities associated with the integration of Industry 4.0 in manufacturing industries from a holistic perspective is scarce. To fill this research gap, this study adopted the PRISMA approach to conduct a thorough investigation on the potential opportunities related to the adoption of industry 4.0 in the context of manufacturing businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the process of developing services based on machine learning technologies in a manufacturing environment context. Over the past decade, there has been a resurgence of interest in technology, with prominent technology business organisations and several start-ups incorporating it into their operations. The technology's widespread applications capacity for obtaining a competitive advantage, combined with the prospect of task automation for increased operational efficiency, renders it a significant resource for large corporations. Yet, the rate at which most of manufacturing firms are implementing Machine Learning services into their operations is very insignificant. Technical expertise has dominated study in this field, with minimal participation from other areas. Thus, the goal of this article is to identify the development benefits of Machine Learning services and to provide a process model for their deployment, based on service development and value theory.

Abstract

The neural network model is an advanced and effective tool aims at simulating the manufacturing operations. An important number of researchers have utilized artificial neural network (ANN) to optimising multiple response metrics in manufacturing applications. In the majority of situations, the use of ANN enables the prediction of the mechanical and physical properties of manufacturing goods based on provided technical data. To this end, the deployment of ANN in manufacturing sector is tremendously significant in terms of cost and material resource savings. Thus, Artificial neural network as a key component regarding the optimization of the manufacturing processes.

Abstract

Ethereum, that enable development of decentralized applications, will likely to leverage cloud computing. In this research, we evaluate the performance of a cloud-based Ethereum network. We researched 3 Ethereum networks, namely: Ethereum mainnet, Ethereum testnet Ropsten, and Ethereum testnet Rinkeby. We analyze the computational resource utilization required to run an Ethereum node for a month as well as the costs involved. Research shows that the utilization of computing resources on the Main Net is generally higher than on the Test Net network. Computing resources used in the cloud cost thousands of dollars and this will increase as the number of nodes running to support the Ethereum network.

Abstract

Mathematics is a structured subject and is still interconnected between materials, sometimes there are students' assumptions about math lessons that are very difficult so students are lazy to learn making the learning environment unattractive for students. The teacher must start to make something interesting for students. Along with the development of technology, many things can be made to support learning, one of which is games. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The MaTtriG educational game was developed using software construct 3. The MaTriG game was designed with the help of Adobe Illustrator 2020. This MaTriG educational game is of the platformers game genre, the educational side of this game includes math material, one of which is a two-variable linear equation system for class VIII. A platform for creating MaTriG educational game applications with Android that can be played and learned anywhere.

Abstract

IT investment is an investment that can be made to increase resources from IT expenses by utilizing these expenditures to achieve the expected value. In measuring IT values in a business context, one methodology that can be used is Val IT. Val IT has three domains, one of which is Investment Management (IM). The results obtained at STMIK Indonesia Padang in developing and evaluating the concept of business case programs are still at level 2 where this means the campus has built a business case but is still unclear. But overall, STMIK Indonesia Padang is at level 3 where this is at the defined level so that STMIK Indonesia Padang is increasingly aware of the importance of managing changes and procedures carried out have been passed, documented and communicated. But at the implementation stage it is still individual.
