Abstrak Pembelajaran Abad 21 menuntut peserta didik: aktif berkolaborasi, kreatif, komunikatif, memiliki inisiatif tinggi. Untuk dapat menciptakan pembelajaran tersebut, diperlukan keterampilan mengajar seorang guru yang mengintegrasikan literasi, pengetahuan dengan bantuan teknologi. Kelemahan pembelajaran selama ini yang telah dilakukan, aktivitas belajar siswa terjebak pada alur pembelajaran yang termuat di dalam buku pegangan guru maupun siswa sehingga tidak adanya variasi dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya kolaborasi antarguru agar memberikan sumbangsih kreativitas dalam pembelajaran sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tercapai dan siswa memiliki keterampilan yang diharapkan. PkM ini bertujuan untuk: a. meningkatkan pengetahuan guru-guru Ismuba tentang Lesson Study; b. Meningkatkan keterampilan guru-guru Ismuba dalam menciptakan inovasi pembelajaran berbasis TPACK melalui praktik lesson study. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah service learning berbasis Lesson Study, yaitu plan-do-see. Peserta pelatihan merupakan guru-guru SD Muhammadiyah yang membidangi mata pelajaran Al Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, dan Bahasa Arab sebanyak 7 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 3 hari pada tangal 13—15 Mei 2024. Hasil yang diperoleh: a. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan perolehan pengetahuan melalui tes tertulis awal dan tes tertulis akhir diperoleh nilai di atas rata-rata sebanyak 6 orang dari 7 orang peserta, b. Keterampilan guru-guru Ismuba dalam kegiatan merencanakan, melaksanakan-mengobservasi, dan merefleksikan pembelajaran berada di kategori sangat baik. Kata kunci: lesson study; TPACK; ismuba, pembelajaran abad 21; kompetensi pedagogik Abstract 21st century learning requires students to: actively collaborate, be creative, communicative, have high initiative. to be able to create this learning, a teacher's teaching skills are needed that integrate literacy, knowledge with the help of technology. the weakness of the learning that has been carried out so far is that student learning activities are stuck in the learning flow contained in the teacher and student handbooks so that there is no variation in learning. therefore, it is important for collaboration between teachers to contribute to creativity in learning so that learning objectives are achieved and students have the expected skills. this pkm aims to: a. increasing ismuba teachers' knowledge about lesson study; b. improving the skills of ismuba teachers in creating tpack-based learning innovations through lesson study practice. the implementation method used is lesson study-based service learning, namely plan-do-see. the training participants were 7 muhammadiyah elementary school teachers who specialized in al-islam, muhammadiyah and arabic subjects. activities were carried out for 3 days on 13-15 may 2024. results obtained: a. based on the results of a comparison of knowledge acquisition through the initial written test and the final written test, scores above the average were obtained for 6 out of 7 participants, b. the skills of ismuba teachers in planning, implementing-observing and reflecting on learning are in the very good category. keywords: lesson study; tpack; ismuba, 21st century learning; pedagogic competence
