PENGARUH FOOT MASSAGE TERHADAP TEKANAN DARAH PADA LANSIA HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS KUALA LEMPUING KOTA BENGKULU

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang  :  Hipertensi perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dan penanganan yang komprehensif mulai dari usaha preventif, promotif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif dan terapi komplementer yang dapat diberikan yaitu berupa foot massage. Masalah penelitian adalah terjadinya peningkatan kasus hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui Pengaruh Foot Massage Terhadap Tekanan Darah Pada Lansia Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Kuala Lempuing Kota Bengkulu.Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimental. Populasi sebanyak 349 orang dan sampel sebanyak 15 orang. Jenis data penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik uji t dan uji Wilcoxon.Hasil penelitian ini adalah rata-rata nilai tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi sebelum diberikan Foot  Massage  adalah sistole 151,20 dan diastole 92,73 mmHg. Rata-rata nilai tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi setelah diberikan Foot Massage adalah sistole 138,93 dan diastole 86,33 mmHg. Ada Pengaruh Foot  Massage  Terhadap Tekanan Darah Pada Lansia Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Kuala Lempuing Kota Bengkulu dengan sistole sebelum dan setelah diberikan Foot Massage yaitu nilai p = 0,001 dan diastole sebelum dan setelah Foot Massage dengan nilai p = 0,000 (p < α 0,05).Simpulan  : Bagi Puskesmas Kuala Lempuing Kota Bengkulu hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan untuk dijadikan SOP dalam penatalaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang   komprehensif   dan   melakukan   pelatihan   Foot   Massage   bagi   perawat   dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada pasien hipertensi.Kata Kunci : Foot Massage, Tekanan Darah, Lanjut Usia, Hipertensi. ABSTRACT.Baground   :  Hypertension  needs  to  get  special  attention  and  comprehensive  treatment starting from preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative efforts and complementary therapies that can be given, namely in the form of foot massage. The research problem is the increase in cases of hypertension. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of foot massage on blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension at the Kuala Lempuing Health Center, Bengkulu.Method : The type of research  used is pre-experimental. The population is 349 people and the sample is 15 people. The types of research  data are primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used t-test statistics and the Wilcoxon test.The results of this study were that the average blood pressure value in elderly hypertensives before  being  given Foot  Massage  was  151.20  systolic and  92.73  mmHg diastolic.  The average  value of blood pressure  in the elderly with hypertension after being given a foot massage is 138.93 systolic and 86.33 mmHg diastolic. There is an Effect of Foot Massage on Blood Pressure in Elderly Hypertension at the Kuala Lempuing Health Center in Bengkulu City with systole before  and  after being given a  Foot  Massage,  namely p =  0.001 and diastolic before and after Foot Massage with a value of p = 0.000 (p <α 0.05).Result : For the Kuala Lempuing Health Center in Bengkulu City, the research results can be used as input material to be used as SOPs in the management of comprehensive nursing care and  conducting Foot  Massage  training  for nurses  in improving the quality of service in hypertensive patients.Keywords: Foot Massage, Blood Pressure, Elderly, Hypertension
