PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MATERI SUHU DAN KALOR

Abstract

The aims of this development research were to build and describe the interest, easiness, usefulness, and the effectiveness of student worksheet with PBL model in cognitive aspect for temperature and heat subject. The developments model based on Sugiyono (2012: 409) which consisted of: the potential and problem, collecting information, product design, product validation, design revision, product test, product revision, application test, product revision, and production. The result from the application test which was conducted to 35 students in tenth grade of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung academic year 2015/2016 showed that the student worksheet with PBL model for temperature and heat subject were very interest, very easy, very useful, and effective to be used as a learning media because 88% students passed the standard minimum value (KKM) .Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mendeskripsikan kemenarikan, kemudahan, kemanfaatan, serta keefektifan lembar kerja siswa dengan model PBL dalam ranah kognitif pada materi suhu dan kalor. Langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan mengacu pada Sugiyono (2012: 409) yang meliputi: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, validasi produk, revisi desain, ujicoba produk, revisi produk, ujicoba pemakaian, revisi produk, dan produksi massal. Hasil uji coba pemakaian yang dilakukan terhadap 35 siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 menunjukkan LKS model PBL materi suhu dan kalor sangat menarik, sangat mudah, sangat bermanfaat, dan efektif sebagai media pembelajaran karena 88% siswa tuntas KKM.Kata kunci: LKS, pengembangan, problem based learning, suhu dan kalor
