Abstract

Kemampuan berkomunikasi berbahasa merupakan modal awal bagi guru dan murid untuk melakukan interaksi. Selain itu aspek perkembangan bahasa merupakan hal penting yang harus distimulasi sejak usia dini dengan adanya bahasa untuk memberikan ide, perasaan, pikiran atau menginformasikan kepada anak usia dini. Dalam hal menyimak pada umumnya anak usia dini masih mengalami kesukaran. Faktor tersebut adalah kurangnya kreativitas guru di sekolah untuk memberikan stimulus pada anak usia dini yang sesuai dengan kemajuan zaman saat ini. Salah satu permainan untuk menstimulus bahasa reseptif anak yaitu ular tangga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa reseptif anak usia dini melalui permainan ular tangga. Metode penelitian mengunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian kelompok A secara sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pembelajaran menggunakan permainan ada empat orang berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Setelah distimulus kemampuan bahasa anak meningkat sebanyak delapan orang peserta didik yang mempunyai kemampuan bahasa berkembang sangat baik (BSB) pada hasil akhir observasi.   The ability to communicate in language is the initial capital for teachers and students to interact. Aspects of language development are important things that must be stimulated from an early age. With the presence of language, we can convey ideas, feelings, thoughts, or information in early childhood. But in general, early childhood still has difficulty in terms of listening to orders from teachers. This factor is the lack of creativity of teachers in schools to provide stimulus to early childhood and language skills that are most important in today's era. The purpose of this study was to improve early childhood receptive language skills through snakes-and-ladders games. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The research subjects were Group A students, with sampling. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation—data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that game snakes and ladders can improve early childhood receptive language. Four students' ability to speak very well after participating in the activity increased by eight students who knew their language developed very well at the end of the observation.
