Abstract

Abstrak.“Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja di Puskesmas Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa”. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja di Puskesmas Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai di Puskesmas Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 35 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan variabel kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja di Puskesmas Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Katakunci:Kepuasan Kerja, Prestasi Kerja Abstract.“The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Job Achievement at Puskesmas Bajeng, Gowa Regency”.This study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on job performance at Puskesmas Bajeng, Gowa Regency. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is a population study. The sample in this study were all employees at the Bajeng Health Centre, Gowa Regency as many as 35 people.
