Abstract

Leadership style and work discipline are recognized as pivotal elements that shape the behaviors, attitudes, and outcomes of employees within an organization. Leadership style pertains to the approach adopted by leaders to guide, motivate, and manage their subordinates, while work discipline involves the adherence to established rules, regulations, and norms within the workplace. This study aimed to investigate the impact of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees within the Makassar City Education Office. The research comprised a total of 94 employees from this office. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study involved quantitative analysis to evaluate the research hypothesis, utilizing IBM SPSS version 25 software. The findings revealed a positive and substantial influence of both leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. This conclusion was drawn from a t-statistic value of -2.655, which was less than the t-table value (1.66177), and a significance value of 0.000, indicating statistical significance (p < 0.05). The outcomes also demonstrated the significant impact of work discipline and leadership style on employee performance, with a calculated F-value of 25.215, surpassing the threshold of 3.10, and a significance value of 0.000, further confirming the significance of the findings (p < 0.05).

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to find out influence of online customer review and online customer rating on purchasing decision on shopee e-commerce (study on Management study program students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Makassar State University). The independent variables in this study are online customer review and online customer rating, while the dependent variable is Purchasing Decision. The population in this study is active students Management study program of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Makassar State University class of 2020-2022. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS V.21. The results of this study indicate that online customer review (X1) partially has a significant effect on purchasing decision on shopee e-commerce, online customer rating (X2) partially has a significant effect on purchasing decision on shopee e-commerce, and online customer review (X1) and online customer rating (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decision on shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

Abstrak.“Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja di Puskesmas Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa”. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja di Puskesmas Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai di Puskesmas Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 35 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan variabel kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja di Puskesmas Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Katakunci:Kepuasan Kerja, Prestasi Kerja Abstract.“The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Job Achievement at Puskesmas Bajeng, Gowa Regency”.This study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on job performance at Puskesmas Bajeng, Gowa Regency. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis likuiditas dalam menilai kinerja keuangan pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diteliti berupa laporan keuangan PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Standar yang digunakan adalah standar industri rasio likuiditas. Dari hasil perhitungan rata-rata rasio likuiditas kondisi kinerja keuangan kurang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan perhitungan current ratio kondisi perusahaan cukup, disebabkan karena aktiva lancar dan utang lancar menurun sebesar 13,48% dari tahun 2019 - 2020 dan meningkat sebesar 75,14% karena aktiva lancar lebih tinggi dari utang lancar. Berdasarkan perhitungan quick ratio kondisi kinerja keuangan sangat baik, disebabkan karena persediaan menurun hanya sebesar 2,3% dan meningkat sebesar 37,1% disebabakan Total aset lancar dan kewajiban jangka pendek pada tahun 2020-2021. sementara cash ratio dalam kondisi sangat baik disebabkan karena naiknya jumlah kas dan bank sebesar 51,9% dari tahun 2020-2021.Kata kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, LikuiditasAbstract . This research aims to find out how liquidity analysis is used to assess financial performance at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data studied is in the form of PT's financial reports. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. The standard used is the industry standard liquidity ratio. From the results of calculating the average liquidity ratio, the financial performance condition is not good. This can be seen based on the current ratio calculation, the company's condition is adequate, because current assets and current liabilities decreased by 13.48% from 2019 - 2020 and increased by 75.14% because current assets were higher than current liabilities. Based on quick ratio calculations, financial performance conditions are very good, because inventories decreased by only 2.3% and increased by 37.1% due to total current assets and short-term liabilities in 2020-2021. while the cash ratio is in very good condition due to the increase in the amount of cash and banks by 51.9% from 2020-2021.Keywords : Financial Performance, Liquidity

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Komitmen Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor PDAM Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada Kantor PDAM Kabupaten Bone sebanyak 265 orang pegawai di tahun 2023. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 73 orang pegawai PDAM Kabupaten Bone. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear Berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product Servive Solution (SPSS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan Motivasi Kerja (X1) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Komitmen Kerja (X2) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara simultan Motivasi dan Komitmen Kerja memberikan pegaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Komitmen, Kinerja.Abstract. This research aims to find out how work motivation and work commitment influence employee performance at the Bone Regency PDAM Office. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population at the Bone Regency PDAM Office will be 265 employees in 2023. The total sample used is 73 Bone Regency PDAM employees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this research show that Work Motivation (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on improving employee performance. Work Commitment (X2) partially has a positive and significant influence on improving employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously Motivation and Work Commitment have a significant influence on Employee Performance.Keywords : Keywords : Motivation, Commitment, Performance.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat likuiditas berdasarkan arus kas pada PT. Pegadaian Persero Periode Tahun 2015-2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu laporan keuangan PT. Pegadaian Persero selama 6 (enam) periode yaitu 2015-2020. Sampel penelitian ini adalah laporan posisi keuangan dan arus kas PT. Pegadaian Persero selama 6 (enam) periode yaitu 2015-2020. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan cash ratio dan analisis pemasukan dan pengeluaran arus kas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arus kas pada PT. Pegadaian Persero berada dalam kondisi baik dilihat dari arus kas bersih pada tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2020 khususnya pada aktivitas pendanaan dan operasi yang memiliki pemasukan kas yang maksimal pada pendanaan sehingga benilai positif dan pengeluaran yang berkurang pada kegiatan operasi namun mengalami penurunan arus kas pendanaan pada tahun 2020 karena dampak pandemi, dan juga menurun drastis pada tahun 2018 dan bernilai negatif. Cash ratio pada PT. Pegadaian Persero tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2020 yaitu rata-rata di bawah angka 1,00. Hal ini dinilai kurang baik karena perusahaan belum mempunyai kemampuan dalam penyediaan dana tunai berupa kas dan setara kas untuk membiayai operasi perusahaan dan membayar kewajiban jangka pendeknya setiap tahunnya. Maka, perusahaan dikatakan tidak likuid. Dalam hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa kemampuan perusahaan menyediakan dana tunai untuk membayar hutang jangka pendeknya mengalami fluktuatif dominan menurun dari tahun ke tahun.Kata Kunci: Laporan Arus Kas dan Cash RatioAbstract. This study aims to determine the level of liquidity based on cash flow at PT. Pegadaian Persero Period 2015-2019. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The research population is the financial statements of PT. Pegadaian Persero for 6 (six) periods, namely 2015-2020. The sample of this research is the statement of financial position and cash flow of PT. Pegadaian Persero for 6 (six) periods, namely 2015-2020. The data collection technique is done by means of documentation. Data analysis techniques used cash ratio and analysis of cash flow income and expenditure. The results showed that the cash flow at PT. Pegadaian Persero is in good condition seen from net cash flow in 2015 to 2020 especially in financing and operating activities which have maximum cash income in funding so that it has a positive value and reduced expenses in operating activities but experienced a decrease in funding cash flow in 2020. due to the impact of the pandemic, and also decreased dramatically in 2018 and was negative. Cash ratio at PT. Pegadaian Persero from 2015 to 2020, which is on average below 1.00. This is considered unfavorable because the company does not yet have the ability to provide cash in the form of cash and cash equivalents to finance the company's operations and pay its short-term obligations annually. So, the company is said to be illiquid. In this case, it can be said that the company's ability to provide cash to pay its short-term debt has experienced a dominant fluctuation from year to year.Keywords: Cash Flow Statement and Cash Ratio

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja karywan pada PT Federal Imternational Financ.(FIF) Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif Adapun populasi dengan jumlah 30 karyawan sekaligus menjadi bahan sampel saya dalam penelitian  ini pada. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan rumus Observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25.Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial  tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Pangkep. Variabel disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Pangkep. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Pangkep.Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawanAbstract . Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prediksi kebangkrutan terhadap Perusahaan Sub-Industri Supermarket & Convenience Store yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score dan Springate. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berupa data laporan tahunan masing-masing perusahaan periode 2017-2022. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh 2 perusahaan yang sesuai kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data non parametrik yaitu uji McNemar. Uji hipotesis dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan dari hasil prediksi kebangkrutan dengan model Altman Z-Score dan Springate. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil prediksi kebangkrutan antara model Altman Z-Score dengan Springate pada perusahaan sub-industri supermarket & convenience store yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2022.Kata Kunci: Kebangkrutan, Altman Z-Score, Springate, perusahaan Sub-Industri Supermarket & Convenience Store.Abstract. This article aims to analyze bankruptcy predictions for Supermarket & Convenience Store Sub-Industrial Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Z-Score and Springate models. This research uses secondary data in the form of annual report data for each company during 2017-2022 period. The sample was chosen using a purposive sampling technique and generate 2 companies. This article using a non-parametric data analysis technique, called the McNemar test. Hypothesis testing was carried out to determine if there were any differences between the bankruptcy prediction results using the Altman Z-Score and Springate models. The test results show that there is no difference in bankruptcy prediction results between the Altman Z-Score and Springate models for supermarket & convenience store sub-industry companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2022. Keywords : Bankruptcy, Altman Z-Score, Springate, and supermarket & convenience store

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) and brand image on the purchase intention for Avoskin skincare products on the Shopee marketplace. The participants in this study were active female students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University, for the Class of 2020. The sample comprises 100 respondents. A questionnaire was used for data collection. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth and brand image both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The novelty of this study was the focus on the effect of electronic WOM and brand image on the purchase intention of Avoskin skincare products on Shope using a sample of female students at Makassar State University. The theoretical implications enrich the literature on the factors that influence purchase intention on e-commerce. Practical implications help Avoskin develop effective marketing strategies for Shopee by managing positive reviews and building a strong brand image. Abstract

This study aims to classify the value of shares that have high or low risk and return in stock investment in each company using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method so that it is easier for investors to make the right investment decisions in the Food and Beverages and Tabacco Manufacture sub-sectors. 2019-2022. The population in this research is shares in the Food and Beverages sub-sector and Tabacco Manufacture for the 2019-2022 period using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. The data analysis used in this study is data processing in the Microsoft Excel 2016 application program to classify investment decisions using the Capital Asset Pricing (CAPM) method. The results of the study show that the analysis of stock diversification using the Capital Asset Pricing Model shows that the food and beverages sub-sector has 20 samples and the Tabacco Manufacture sub-sector has 3 consistent stock samples during the 2019-2022 period. After analyzing the data, the results obtained in the Food and Beverages Sub Sector have 20 companies, there are 17 stocks that are classified as linear between risk and return, namely: AISA, ALTO, CEKA, CLEO, DLTA, GOOD, HOKI, ICBP, INDF, MLBI, MYOR, PSDN, BREAD, SKBM, SKLT, STTP, and ULTJ. Meanwhile, in the Tabacco Manufacture sub-sector, which has 3 companies, there are 2 stocks that are classified as linear between risk and return, namely: GGRM and RMBA.
