Pemuridan yang Berpusat pada Yesus bagi Generasi Z dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Relativisme

The philosophy of relativism has infiltrated Z-generation through various media to provide its views so that it is accepted by this generation, the way of thinking and lifestyle of Z-generation in the postmodern era has undergone significant changes in many aspects. His main complaint is that there is no absolute truth, Jesus Christ is not the only savior, the Bible is considered outdated, meaningless, monotonous, authoritarian, and difficult to understand. This study aims to examine how effective discipleship for Z-generation is to counteract relativism and its implementation for the church today. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach to formulate findings about the Z-generation situation and re-develop the propositions of an effective discipleship model. It can be found that vocational and personal discipleship who share their lives as teachers, friends, and trainers effectively shape Z-generation Christian spirituality. This discipleship can be applied to Z-generation discipleship with adjustments from various sides to form strong Christian spirituality to counteract the influence of relativism philosophy on Z-generation. Abstrak Filsafat relativisme telah menyusupi generasi Z melalui berbagai platform media sosial untuk memberikan pandangannya agar diterima oleh generasi ini, cara berpikir dan gaya hidup generasi Z di era postmodern telah mengalami perubahan besar dalam banyak aspek. Keluhan utamanya adalah tidak ada kebenaran yang absolut, Yesus Kristus bukan satu-satunya juruselamat, Alkitab dianggap ketinggalan zaman, tidak bermakna, monoton, otoriter, dan sulit dipahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan model pemuridan yang efektif bagi generasi Z guna menangkal relativisme dan implementasinya bagi gereja masa kini. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk memformulasikan temuan tentang situasi generasi Z dan melakukan pengembangan ulang proposisi model pemuridan yang efektif. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa pemuridan vokasi dan personal yang berbagi hidup sebagai guru, sahabat dan pelatih, efektif membetuk spiritualitas Kristen generasi Z. Pemuridan ini dapat diterapkan kepada pemuridan generasi Z dengan penyesuaian diberbagai sisi untuk membentuk spiritualitas kristen yang kuat guna menangkal pengaruh filsafat relativisme bagi generasi Z.
