Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tahun 2021, ada 114 kasus kematian ibu di Provinsi NTB. Angka kematian ibu terdiri dari 27 kasus perdarahan, 26 kasus hipertensi kehamilan, 4 kasus infeksi, 20 kasus COVID-19, sisanya menrupakan gabungan beberapa kasus .Berdasarkan laporan tahunan RSUD Dr.R. Soedjono Selong tahun 2021 menunjukkan 293 kasus persalinan disebakn oleh preeklamsia berat. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui asuhan kebidanan pada ibu bersalin Dengan Pre Eklamsia Berat. Mode Penelitian: Subyek studi kasus ini adalah "Ny.R" dengan pre-eklamsia berat, penggumpulan data menggunakan data primer mulai dari  anamnesa, pemeriksaan fisik, penentuan diagnose, rekam medis, dan data sekunder melalui register, dan buku KIA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif.Hasil: terdapat perubahan kondisi ibu yang menjadi lebih baik setelah diberikan asuhan Pada awal kunjungan tekanan darah 150/100 mmHg dan di akhir kunjungan menurun menjadi 130/80 mmHg. Intervensi pemberian KIE selama 2 hari.Kesimpulan:Terjadi penurunan tekanan darah ibu setelah diberikan asuhan Background: In 2021, there were 114 cases of maternal death in NTB Province. Soedjono Selong in 2021 showed 293 cases of childbirth caused by severe preeclampsia Objective: To determine midwifery care for mothers giving birth with severe pre-eclampsia Method : The subject of this case study is "Mrs. The type of research used was descriptive. Results: there was a change in the mother's condition which became better after being given care. At the beginning of the visit the blood pressure was 150/100 mmHg and at the end of the visit it had decreased to 130/80 mmHg. The intervention was providing IEC for 2 days. Conclusion : There was a decrease in maternal blood pressure after being given care.
