This research aims to determine the feasibility and response of students to LKPD for science learning on HOTS-based energy sources for class III students. The research method used is Research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model consists of 5 stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. ). This research was carried out at SDN 001 Penyengahan in October 2023. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research subjects involved were 1 media expert lecturer, 1 material expert lecturer and 22 class III students. Based on the results of feasibility testing by media expert validation with a percentage of 90% in the "Very Feasible" category and material expert validation with a percentage of 92% in the "Very Feasible" category. Meanwhile, the percentage of student response questionnaire results was 87.65% in the "Very Feasible" category. Based on the validation feasibility test results from media experts, material experts, and student responses, it can be concluded that the development of HOTS-based science learning LKPD in Theme 7 Sub-theme 1 Energy Sources is stated “Very Appropriate” is used.
