Abstract

This research aims to obtain data about student learning outcomes using the Mamunsiba game for class IV students at SDN 13 Muara Telang regarding integer counting operations. This research includes classroom action research. The subjects in this research were 24 class IV students at SDN 13 Muara Telang. Data collection was carried out by observation and final learning test. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in student learning completeness from 9 students or 37.5% pre-cycle, increasing to 15 students (62.5 percent) in cycle I, and 21 students (87.5 percent) in cycle II. Thus it can be concluded that the Mamunsiba game at SDN 13 Muara Telang improves the learning outcomes of class IV students regarding whole number arithmetic operations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of students' example non example models in class V science lessons at SDN 140 North Bengkulu. The research subjects were 17 class V students. Data collection was carried out by observation and final learning test. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the research show that by using the example non example learning model, learning outcomes regarding the relationship between food and health in science lessons in class V of SD Negeri 140 North Bengkulu can be improved. Research data proves this by increasing the average daily test 1 to 63.00 to 70.00, the average daily test 3 to 75.33, and the average daily test 4 to 82.52. The results of this research can be concluded that the use of the example non example model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in science lessons in class V S 140 North Bengkulu.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain data on the application of line beam manipulative materials to improve learning of mixed whole number arithmetic operations at Class VI Neglasari State Elementary School. This research was carried out at Neglasari State Elementary School in class VI consisting of 30 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and final tests. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The research results showed that the percentage of student completion increased from 60% in cycle 1 learning activities to 93.3% in cycle 2 learning activities. Only 6.6% of students had not reached the Kkm score, with a class average score of 74.33. According to these data, it can be concluded that the use of manipulative materials can improve students' learning outcomes and activities in the Mathematics subject regarding mixed whole number arithmetic operations in class VI of Neglasari State Elementary School.

Abstract

The reality in the field shows that fourth grade elementary school students still do not know the concepts and operations of fractions correctly. This can be because the mathematics learning process and methods used by teachers are not suitable for students' needs. As a result, students' ability to absorb material is not optimal and the results of student learning there was a decline. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Realistic approach on student learning outcomes in Class IV mathematics at SDN Birowo 02 Blitar Regency. This type of research is classroom action research using two cycles. Data collection uses observation, documentation and test techniques. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this research resulted in an increase in student learning outcomes through improving the learning process starting from Cycle I and Cycle II, from an average score of 70 which increased to 98.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on equivalent fraction material in class IV SDN 2 Kersaratu by using concrete objects as media. The subjects in this action research were fourth grade students consisting of 4 male students and 3 female students. Data collection techniques are carried out through four stages, namely: (a) action planning; (b) implementation of actions; (c) observing actions; and (d) reflection. The research was conducted in three improvement cycles. The results of this action research show that student learning outcomes increase after learning is carried out using concrete object media. In cycle 1, only 2 students passed with a percentage of 28.57%. In cycle 2, the number of students who passed increased to 4 students with a percentage of 57.14%. In cycle 3, as many as 6 students completed with a percentage of 85.72%. The use of concrete object media effectively really helps students in understanding fractional material worth in this study. Thus, it is suggested to fourth grade teachers at SDN 2 Kersaratu to use concrete object media in learning this material in order to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The problem that is the focus of the study in improving learning is the low learning outcomes of class III students in science lessons at SDIT AL IMAN, where the average value of learning outcomes is still below the KKM so a new learning model is needed. The aim of learning improvement research is to describe the application of a realistic approach to improving Mathematics learning outcomes regarding simple fractions. This research was carried out in October - November 2023 at SDIT AL IMAN, with research subjects totaling 30 students. The design of this learning improvement procedure uses classroom action research which consists of two cycles and each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the pre-cycle research were 12 (40%) students who had not completed it. Then, there was an increase in learning outcomes in cycle I as many as 20 (67%) students reached the KKM, likewise in cycle II, the scores of students who reached the KKM were 27 (90%) students. It can be concluded that the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes Science students on animal life cycle material.

Abstract

This research intends to obtain data on improving science learning outcomes on material identifying the function of human digestive organs and its relationship with demonstration learning methods through drawing media for fifth grade elementary school students. This research includes classroom action research with the subject being 12 fifth grade elementary school students. The final results of this improvement will be completed if the student's learning scores increase and reach the KKM. The results of research improvements show that the integrity of students' science learning increases after carrying out cycle activities. In the cycle before action was given, there were 4 students (33%) who achieved the KKM with an average score of 60, while after cycle 1 stage, there were 9 students (75%) who obtained the KKM with an average of 70. In cycle 2 stage this happened. an increase of 11 students (83%) obtained an average KKM score of 75. The results have achieved the author's desired objectives and show an increase in student mastery in science subjects.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in science learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in class V at SDN Buket Panyang. The research carried out was classroom action research (PTK). This PTK consists of 2 cycles with the research subjects being 21 class V students at SDN Buket Panyang. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively. The research results obtained were that the student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle average score were 47.86 with student completeness 14.3%, in the first cycle the average student score was 66.43 with student completeness 61.9% , and in cycle II the average student score was 81.43 with student completeness 90.5%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve student learning outcomes in Class V science subjects at SDN Buket Panyang.

Abstract

Sumberwangi Elementary School is facing problems in third grade Natural Sciences (IPA) learning outcomes, with several students getting scores below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Monotonous learning methods cause students to feel bored and less successful in their assignments. This research aims to improve science learning outcomes through the application of the Problem-based Learning (PjBL) model which uses real world scenarios for class III at SDN Sumberwangi. This type of research is classroom action research. This research involved 16 third grade students at SDN Sumberwangi. Data is collected through tests and learning observations. The results show an increase in the average student score from cycle 1 with PjBL from 71.56% to an increase in cycle 2 of 78.75% with overall student completeness. In accordance with these results, it can be concluded that the use of the PjBL Model can improve science learning outcomes which are characterized by increased student activity and knowledge. It is recommended that Sumberwangi Elementary School teachers apply this model in science learning and further research is needed to evaluate its effectiveness in other learning areas at secondary school level.

Abstract

The paradigm of science learning has now shifted. Science learning should be concrete and contextual, so efforts are needed to improve student learning outcomes. Efforts can be made by applying a learning model that involves students actively in building their knowledge concepts, namely the Scientific Approach. The use of Scientific Approach learning model can be combined with the help of 3-dimensional diorama media. This study aims to improve students' science learning outcomes by applying the Scientific Approach assisted by 3-dimensional diorama media. This class action research was conducted in two cycles on 25 fifth grade students of SDN 1 Siman Ponorogo. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the value of science learning outcomes, namely students with completed categories above the KKM in the pre-cycle 8 people or 32%, cycle I 19 people or 76%, and cycle II 23 people or 92%. Progress in student activity is also increasingly experiencing positive progress. This shows that students are very enthusiastic in participating in learning, so that the average results of student activity in each activity are Cycle I 81.87% and Cycle II 8.22%.
