<![CDATA[Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh soft skills yang terdiri dari kemampuan kerjasama dan komunikasi dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pelaku UMKM. Penelitian dilakukan di Bekasi dengan memberikan kuesioner penelitian kepada 30 pelaku UMKM dalam bentuk google form. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui uji instrumen, uji persyaratan analisis, uji model dan uji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian adalah adanya pengaruh kemampuan kerjasama dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM dengan arah positif. This study is to test the influence of soft skills consisting of cooperation and communication skills in influencing the performance of MSME actors. The research was conducted in Bekasi by providing research questionnaires to 30 MSME actors in the form of a google form. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression through instrument test, analysis requirements test, model test and hypothesis test. The findings of the study are the influence of cooperation and communication skills on the performance of MSME actors in a positive direction.]]>
