Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of variables Training Softskill, and Communication on Employee Performance. The analysis method used in this study is to use saturated sampling techniques. The type of data used is primary data obtained through a structured form using a questionnaire filled out by 30 people in one of the MSMEs. The analysis has met the requirements of analysis based on normally distributed data and there is no multicollinearity problem. Based on the output table "COEFFICIENTS" in the section " COLLINEARITY STATISTICS" it is known the tolerance value for the Training soft skill variable (X1). and Communication (X2) is 0.861 greater than 0.10. While the VIF values for the variables Training Softskill (X1) and Communication (X2) are 1,161 < 10.00, then referring to the basis of decision making in the multicholinearity test it can be concluded that there are no symptoms of multicholinearity in the regression model. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh soft skills yang terdiri dari kemampuan kerjasama dan komunikasi dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pelaku UMKM. Penelitian dilakukan di Bekasi dengan memberikan kuesioner penelitian kepada 30 pelaku UMKM dalam bentuk google form. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui uji instrumen, uji persyaratan analisis, uji model dan uji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian adalah adanya pengaruh kemampuan kerjasama dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM dengan arah positif. This study is to test the influence of soft skills consisting of cooperation and communication skills in influencing the performance of MSME actors. The research was conducted in Bekasi by providing research questionnaires to 30 MSME actors in the form of a google form. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression through instrument test, analysis requirements test, model test and hypothesis test. The findings of the study are the influence of cooperation and communication skills on the performance of MSME actors in a positive direction.

Abstract

In the short term, predatory pricing is very beneficial to consumers, but after removing competitors from the market and hindering potential new competitors, the dominant business actors or incumbent business actors hope to increase prices significantly. In marketing campaigns, pricing has an important role, with unfair pricing causing distortions in the global market. So that the sharia maqasyid is not achieved optimally as ordered by the Qur'an. Based on the discussion above, several conclusions can be made. Predatory pricing is considered an unfair trade practice, although there are some countries that do not prohibit it, this gives rise to various other conflicts such as price penetration and market distortion. The solution must be adjusted to the origin of the cause. If the cause is a change in genuine demand and genuine supply, then the control stage is carried out through market intervention. Meanwhile, when caused by distortion of genuine demand and genuine supply, the control mechanism is carried out through distortion removal, including the determination of price intervention to return the price to the state before the distortion.
