This study aims to explore the implementation and impact of the School Level Curriculum (KTSP), Curriculum 2013 (K-13), and Independent Curriculum at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School, Morotai Island, and to analyze the differences and similarities between the three curricula in the context of elementary school learning. The approach used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques through structured interviews. Respondents in this study consisted of the Principal and homeroom teachers of grades 3 to 5. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key themes related to the implementation of the curriculum and its impact on the quality of learning. The results of the study show that each curriculum has its advantages and disadvantages. KTSP focuses more on structured learning with the dominant role of teachers, while K-13 emphasizes student activity and a thematic approach. The Independent Curriculum provides more freedom for students to develop their interests and talents, but still faces challenges in terms of time and facilities. Overall, the effectiveness of the three curricula is highly dependent on the role of teachers in optimizing the learning process and how the curriculum is implemented in the field. This study provides useful insights for policy makers and education practitioners in understanding the implementation of the curriculum in elementary schools.
