This article aims to discuss in more depth various data-based and technology-based evaluation approaches and their application in formative assessment, identify challenges in implementing technology, and effective learning strategies. The literature review includes an analysis of the latest academic journals, books, and scientific articles that discuss how data-based and technology-based evaluation approaches can affect the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes. The results of the study indicate that the use of data and technology in educational evaluation has a significant impact, such as increasing teaching effectiveness and student engagement. Data-based evaluation approaches allow for more precise adjustments to teaching, while formative assessment technology provides rapid and constructive feedback. These findings suggest that the integration of technology in evaluation can improve the quality of education in a way that is adaptive and responsive to students' needs.
