This research aims to explore the impact of educational administration policies on student character formation, by adopting an educational psychology perspective. The main focus of this study is to understand how educational policies influence the character development of students at various levels of education. This research uses a mixed approach, combining quantitative methods through a survey of 300 teachers and educational administrators and qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with 20 students and 10 policy makers. The data collected was analyzed to identify the relationship between educational administration policies and student character. Research findings show that educational administration policies that emphasize character values such as integrity, responsibility and cooperation have a significant positive impact on student character development. Policies involving teacher training in aspects of character formation as well as well-structured school programs, such as value-based extracurricular activities, have proven effective in supporting student character formation. The research results underscore the importance of integrating educational psychology principles in educational administration policies to facilitate holistic character development. Policies that focus on a values-based approach and involving students in activities that support character can strengthen positive character formation.
