AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan keselamatan kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palopo. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 44 pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palopo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesehatan keselamatan kerja dan semangat kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palopo. Adapun secara parsial, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesehatan keselamatan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palopo, sedangkan variabel semangat kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palopo. Kata Kunci: kesehatan keselamatan kerja; semangat kerja; produktivitas kerja AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety and work spirit on employee work productivity at the Palopo City Fire and Rescue Service. The number of samples used was 44 employees working at the Palopo City Fire and Rescue Service. The sampling technique used was a random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observations using questionnaires as a tool. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the variables of occupational health and safety and work spirit simultaneously had a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Palopo City Fire and Rescue Service. As for partially, the results of the study showed that the variables of occupational health and safety did not have a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Palopo City Fire and Rescue Service, while the variables of work spirit had a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Palopo City Fire and Rescue Service. Keywords: occupational health and safety; work spirit; work productivity.
