Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2019, bahwa Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di dunia yaitu sebanyak 303.000 jiwa. Salah satu faktor tidak langsung terjadinya peningkatan AKI adalah anemia pada kehamilan. Upaya penanggulangan anemia pada kehamilan telah dilakukan dengan membagi tablet tambah darah kepada ibu hamil. Mbolo weki biasanya dihadiri oleh setidaknya perwakilan dari seluruh keluarga besar, kerabat, tetangga dan masyarakat setempat merupakan acara yang tepat untuk memberikan informasi pentingnya kepatuhan konsumsi Tablet Fe. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui pengaruh video edukasi terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi Tablet Fe pada ibu hamil melalui partisipasi suami dalam mbolo weki di sDesa Tambe Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bolo. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan Pre-Experimental dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest-Posttest. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juli 2023. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 45 responden pada acara mbolo weki, dan analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian: Kepatuhan konsumsi Tablet Fe sebelum video edukasi minimal konsumsi 6 dan maksimal 27 setiap bulan dengan rata rata konsumsi 17, dimana kategori patuh 0. Sedangkan kepatuhan konsumsi setelah video edukasi minimal konsumsi 24 dan maksimal konsumsi maksimal 30 setiap bulan dengan nilai rata rata konsumsi 29, dimana kategori patuh 32. Setelah di lakukan Uji statistik menggunakan Wilcoxon, nilai signifikan p sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada Pengaruh video edukasi terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi Tablet Fe pada ibu hamil melalui partisipasi suami dalam mbolo weki di Desa Tambe Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bolo.     Abstract Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019, the maternal mortality rate (MMR) in the world is 303,000 people. One indirect factor in the increase in MMR is anemia in pregnancy. Efforts to overcome anemia in pregnancy have been carried out by distributing blood-added tablets to pregnant women. Mbolo weki is usually attended by at least representatives of the entire extended family, relatives, neighbors and the local community is the right event to provide information on the importance of Fe tablet consumption compliance. Research Objective: to determine the effect of educational videos on adherence to Fe Tablet consumption in pregnant women through husband participation in mbolo weki in Tambe Village, Bolo Health Center Working Area. Research Method: This study uses Pre-Experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest approach. This research will be conducted in May-July 2023. The sample of this study was 45 respondents at the mbolo weki event, and data analysis using Wilcoxon. Results: Fe tablet consumption compliance before the intervention had a minimum consumption of 6 and a maximum consumption of 27 every month with an average consumption of 17, where the compliance category is 0. While consumption compliance after the intervention was a minimum consumption of 24 and a maximum consumption of 30 every month with an average consumption value of 29, where the compliance category is 32. After conducting a statistical test using Wilcoxon, the significant p value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Conclusion: There is an influence of educational videos on compliance with Fe Tablet consumption in pregnant women through husbands' participation in mbolo weki in Tambe Village, Puskesmas Bolo.
