Abstract

Community Empowerment Practicum (PPM) IAI Ngawi conducted research on Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Kerupuk Lempit in Ngumpul Village, West District, Magetan Regency aims to develop a strategy to increase sales and business development to increase in the future. This PPM activity is carried out using descriptive methods accompanied by information on internal and external factors on competitive advantages in the form of raw materials, cash books, machinery and tools, work methods / technology, packaging, promotion and marketing. Production activities are carried out relatively simple in terms of marketing. Products are packaged using plastic packaging, Halal Certification and have not used a sales logo. During PPM activities, we provide counseling and business assistance. Hopefully, this activity can provide benefits for partners in developing their business.Keywords: UMKM, Kerupuk Lempit, Marketing, Packaging Abstrak: Mahasiswa PPM IAI Ngawi melakukan eksplorasi terhadap UMKM Kerupuk Lempit di Desa Ngumpul, Kecamatan Barat, Kabupaten Magetan dengan maksud merancang strategi peningkatan penjualan serta perkembangan usaha kedepannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan mempertimbangkan faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif, seperti sumber daya bahan baku, administrasi keuangan, peralatan, teknologi produksi, kemasan, promosi, dan pemasaran. Meskipun proses produksinya sederhana, tetapi pemasaran produk perlu ditingkatkan. Produk dijual dalam kemasan plastik tanpa sertifikasi halal dan identitas logo penjualan. Selama kegiatan, mahasiswa PPM memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan kepada para pelaku usaha, dengan harapan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam pengembangan bisnis mitra mereka.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Kerupuk Lempit, Pemasaran, Kemasan
