This study aims to analyze the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment within secondary education institutions, specifically at SMA Darussalam Banyuwangi. Servant leadership focuses on leaders serving the needs of their team members, fostering a supportive and empowering environment that enhances employee engagement and loyalty. The research employed a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to gather data from selected informants through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that servant leadership significantly increases organizational commitment, with leaders emphasizing empathy, support, professional development, and recognition, thereby reducing stress and burnout among staff. The study provides practical insights and recommendations for educational leaders to optimize staff commitment and performance, ultimately improving the overall quality of education. .
