This research discusses the ethical relationship between teachers and students in the learning process, which is crucial for creating a conducive and effective learning environment. This research examines various ethical aspects that teachers and students need to apply to achieve optimal educational goals. The library research method is used in this research. The research results show that firstly, a teacher's ethics involve characteristics such as piety, a peaceful attitude, humility, and the use of knowledge for good. Second, a student's ethics include respecting the teacher, listening attentively, and following in the footsteps of good examples. Third, the relationship between teachers and students must be based on the principles of mutual respect and ethics. Teachers can balance their responsibilities in directing and motivating students, while students must show respect and sincerity in learning. The implementation of ethics involves harmonious cooperation between both parties to achieve holistic educational goals. This research confirms that ethics in education not only improves the quality of the teaching and learning process but also contributes to the development of student character and teacher professionalism. By adopting good ethical principles, the relationship between teachers and students will further strengthen the effectiveness of education, both from an academic and spiritual perspective
