This research aims to enable readers to understand the role of the newly formed public service agency, namely the Indonesian Heritage Agency, in maintaining cultural heritage as Indonesia's cultural heritage which is the nation's identity. This research method uses a literature study method by examining several sources from journals, the Ministry of Education and Culture's website and several other scientific works that are relevant to the research. The type of data used is secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly. The data required in this research is in the form of documents related to the material discussed. The data analysis technique carried out is qualitative analysis technique. These results and discussion include the role played by the Indonesian Heritage Agency or IHA in Indonesia's cultural heritage by managing and preserving it and continuing to strive to re-imagine museums so that they can become interactive places and inclusive learning spaces. The conclusion of this research is that cultural heritage in Indonesia can continue to be maintained with the role of the Indonesian Heritage Agency.
