<![CDATA[This research aims to improve the understanding and ability of grade 5 students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tribakti in carrying out prayers through the application of the demonstration method. The method used in this research is "Modelling the Way," which provides students with the opportunity to practice prayer skills directly in front of the class. This research was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research results showed a significant increase in students' activities and abilities in praying. From cycle I to cycle II, there was an increase in average scores and percentages in various aspects, including reading the pillars of prayer, prayer requirements, things that cancel prayer, and prayer practice. This research concludes that the application of the demonstration method can be effective in increasing students' understanding of prayer material, as well as providing motivation and confidence in carrying out worship. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for teachers in developing more interesting and effective Islamic religious education learning methods.]]>
