<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the effectiveness of sociology learning with an online system in class XIIS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Bonti students The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative form. The source of data in this study are teachers of sociology subjects and students of class X IIS1 SMAN 1 Bonti and the data are the results of observations, interviews, and documentation related to sociology learning class X IIS 1 with an online system, the results of this study are known that during learning with an online system in sociology subjects, it was carried out using learning media in the form of WhatsApp and Facebook messenger applications. Where the teacher provides learning materials and learning assignments (homework) through the WhatsApp group and the assignments that have been obtained are then collected through Facebook messenger to the teacher. During the sociology learning process using online media was ineffective because class X IIS 1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Bonti still had difficulty connecting with adequate internet signals.]]>
